Late Shri Harilal Upadhyay have wrote a large number of Social Novels reflecting the surroundings. As social novel reflect the environment of the society its tough to prevent it from being cheap at values.

Actually social novel serves the responsibility of mirroring the society, but it must have to show the importance of ethics, morals and values (that is what it makes society). And the reading of the same must keep the user interest alive.
